Chaitanya Sharma

Chaitanya Sharma joined Universal Load Banks in July 2023 as a Project Engineer. He is responsible for customer support and field service activities, including load bank testing, providing start-up training—both in the field and remotely—and conducting research to identify effective solutions.

Before joining ULB, Chaitanya spent five years at Margen Impex Private Ltd as a Quality Testing Inspector, where he specialized in quality control, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical test systems, load banks, and PCBs.

Prior to that, he worked for seven years at Simba Fiber Group in Africa as a Senior Operations Manager. In this role, he led teams in developing and executing sales opportunities, maintaining service quality across various network configurations, managing servers, and designing fiber optic network systems and subsystems. He was also involved in product development and customer support management.

Chaitanya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from IETE, Delhi, India.
